Get to know Laura…
My name is Laura Francioso and I have been actively involved in boot camp classes at Boot Camp Hawaii for four months. This is the first time in my life I am participating in fitness classes and so far this experience has been very rewarding!
I have been a vegetarian all my life and have always maintained my ideal weight. However, I was greatly lacking in strength and balance, and my physician was concerned about my low HDL cholesterol levels. Finally I decided to be proactive about my health and begin boot camp classes.
Since joining Boot Camp Hawaii I have greatly increased my strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Exercising has raised my HDL levels to a normal healthy level decreasing my risk for heart disease. Also, I have lost 1 inch from my waist and toned and tightened my entire body. My new goals as this year continues include further toning and building lean muscle.
My coach Paula has been an inspiration to everyone who has been to Boot Camp Hawaii classes in Ewa. She keeps boot campers motivated and energized each class, and confidently embraces each persons varying levels of ability to create the ideal fitness experience each time. Paula has helped me reach my fitness goals and continues to push each boot camper to meet their full potential.
To anyone looking at joining Boot Camp Hawaii, I would highly recommend it as a progressive life changing experience. Boot camp classes give you a daily sense of achievement, a large confidence boost, and keep energy levels high throughout the day. You will be amazed by how good your body feels when exercising regularly and getting physically fit! Thank you Boot Camp Hawaii!
