What’s the 10-Day Challenge?
* Work out 10-days in a row!
* Cut out the following:
   1. junk food
  2. soda
  3. alcohol
  4. No eating past 9pm
* Weekday workouts: Boot Camp classes!
* Weekend workouts: Saturday – Power Yoga @ 7am by Coach Cameron
Sunday – Lanikai Loop 5K by Emily Boll
* Bonus! Whole Foods Grocery Tour by Christina Carran, Sodexo Dietetic Intern, Certified Personal Trainer

Dates: May 13 – May 22
Locations: Honolulu, Ewa*, and Kailua*
Cost: $50 for new students & class-pack members*

*Supplemental workouts will be given to Ewa and Kailua students.
