Q: What class(es) do you recommend trying first if I have not worked out in a long time?
We recommend you take 15-minutes to try one of our Basic Workout Videos, so that you get an idea of the kinds of exercises you’ll be asked to do in class.

Q: What is a typical Boot Camp class like?
Each class is 45-60 minutes long and no more than 15 people per class.
*5 – 10 minutes body and training-specific warm up
*40 – 45 minutes of Exercise Training: cardiovascular training, resistance and weight training, interval and anaerobic training, core strengthening, this block of time is fits the class description
*5 – 10 minutes proper cool down and stretching
You will get 100% safe and professional instruction and coaching from BCH Certified Professional Fitness Trainers.

Q: What if I cannot keep up with the class or need more challenge?
1. BCH Fitness Trainers design all exercises to accommodate for different fitness levels and abilities. Your trainer will make appropriate and safe exercise modifications just for you!
2. If injury or other barriers arise, your trainer will make appropriate recommendations for you to see health care physician before continuing your exercise program.
3. Students and Fitness Trainers both have the responsibility to communicate specific needs and instructions to one another at any time.

Q: What kind of results can I expect in one month?
A: You can expect to make different lifestyle choices and changes in one month. For the best results, 3-5x/week for 3 months is the recommended time period to notice weight loss of 5 – 10 pounds.

4 weeks: Expect to experience muscle soreness, overall loss of body fat (.5 lb/week) and loss in inches, gain muscle strength, get better deep sleep at night, have more energy during the day
8 weeks: Expect to experience muscle soreness, overall loss of body fat (.5 – 1 lb/week) and loss in inches, gain muscle strength, get better deep sleep at night, have more energy during the day, more coordination and mobility during exercises
3-5 months: Expect to experience muscle soreness, overall loss of body fat (1-2 lbs/week) and loss in inches, gain muscle strength, get better deep sleep at night, have more energy during the day, more coordination and mobility during exercises, maintaing healthy lifestyle and diet habits
6 months or more: Expect to incorporate exercise and healthy eating habits into your lifestyle and maintain healthy weight.
* Students who combine a healthy diet along with consistent exercise will obtain more significant weight loss results.
