Suspension training takes your fitness to the next level in a fun way! This class takes you through combinations of upper and lower body exercises utilizing methods behind suspending your own body weight to create an over-all dynamic stability workout.

Strength and Box utilizes some boxing and punching drills. Be prepared to use a wide variety of strength training exercises and throwing some cardio and core conditioning in between. No boxing experience necessary, and this is a non-contact class.

Urban Boot Camp is an outdoor mobile boot camp class that utilizes body-weight exercises on the urban outdoors (benches, paths, bike racks, etc.) with a combination of jogging and running running drills. Students should be able to complete a minimum 3-mile jog comfortably. Come join us for an outdoor fitness adventure! Leave your weights at home!
