Bring your babies, toddlers, and children while you workout! Our caregivers are highly qualified, experienced, and CPR certified. They will love your children as if they were their own. Plus it’s FREE with active membership!

What to Bring and How to Prepare your child:
1. Make sure your child goes to the bathroom before arriving to class
2. Child Care Kit: snacks, drawing materials, toys, books, etc.
3. Please talk to your child about the importance of you getting to workout during this 60 minute time period. Set guidelines and expectations for your child.
