Fitness Boxing is the IDEAL Cross-Training Alternative!
Learn the techniques of Olympic Style Boxing while getting in the best shape of your life!
Coach Jen will teach you the fundamentals of stance, footwork, offensive/defensive maneuvers, counter-punching and more. Train your body to adapt to ever- increasing levels of cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Get Fit Boxing in a small group setting allows you to receive individualized attention, work at your own pace and ability, and allows Coach Jen to ensure the best possible progress for your program.
This 6-week program will include the following and more!
- Upper Body Blast – Sculpts and tones arms, shoulders, back & chest
- Lower Body Blast – Strengthens hips, thighs, & calves.
- Hard Core Blast- Strengthens abs, back, & hips for improved posture & performance
- No Boxing Experience Necessary!
- All equipment will be provided. But feel free to bring your own gloves, hand wraps, & jump ropes.
