Boxing is undoubtably one of the all-time best methods of training for weight-loss and improved physical fitness. This training program takes place at Rapid Fire Boxing Studio and is designed to tap into the power of boxing for weightloss & fitness.
Completing just one 6-week round of this program will give even the least experienced boxer the confidence to try boxing on their own in the gym or in a class setting. Students are welcome to continue training in the 6-week program for an indefinite number of rounds in order to hone their skills and crush their old standards for physical fitness.
Even though this class is skill based, expect to break a mean sweat and feel it the next day- each class is 90 minutes giving us ample time to learn and burn! All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own boxing gear- other than that, just have water, a beach towel, and your dukes up!
