Q: How long does the program last?
The most popular corporate programs last 6-months to 1-year. A trial period of 3-months can be programmed at your company to get a feel for what your employees like and to start seeing results from the fitness program.

Q: How long are the classes?
Classes can be between 30 – 60 minutes long. They can also be programmed 1-3x/week on-site.

Q: What if some employees have never worked out before?
An initial physical fitness test is given to the entire group. We encourage everyone to try their best. After evaluating the results, BCH Coaches can teach two different leveled classes: beginner and advanced. This way we can meet the needs of all employees.
